How It Works
Cornerstone GP Services is proud to be a recognised provider for a number of health insurance members, including Aviva, General and Medical, WPA and Cigna. Many other health insurance companies can also use us if you have pre-authorisation.
Health insurance patients are able to pay up front, and claim invoices back with their insurance provider subject to individual terms and conditions.
We are also pleased to offer direct billing. Eligible GP consultations can be invoiced directly to your insurer where pre-authorised under your policy.
What to do:
- Obtain pre-authorisation from your health insurance provider.
2. Provide Cornerstone with:
- Your full name, address, date of birth, membership number, proof of pre-authorisation.
3. Contact Cornerstone to arrange an appointment.
Our reception team will arrange an appointment with a GP over telephone or video call, and home visits where clinically required.
4. Attend your consultation.
We invoice insurance companies directly for eligible services.
Where cover is confirmed and authorised, you will not need to pay upfront.
