We are pleased to offer direct billing. Eligible GP consultations can be invoiced directly to your insurer where pre-authorised under your policy.
What to do:
- Obtain pre-authorisation from your health insurance provider.
2. Provide Cornerstone with:
- Your full name, address, date of birth, membership number, proof of pre-authorisation.
3. Contact Cornerstone to arrange an appointment.
Our reception team will arrange an appointment with a GP over telephone or video call, and home visits where clinically required.
4. Attend your consultation.
We invoice insurance companies directly for eligible services.
Where cover is confirmed and authorised, you will not need to pay upfront.
If cover is not pre-authorised, payments can be made up front and reclaimed from the insurance provider later where accepted.
