Refund policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time will be eligible for a full refund. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. Patients will be accommodated to reschedule the appointment at another time or be given an appointment voucher wherever practical. 

If a home visit is not clinically required after a GP call back, the cost of the telephone consultation (£50) is not refundable, but the home visit amount (£200) will be fully refunded. 

If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience. 

Cancellation of annual membership is possible for the number of months remaining on the annual term, minus the full price of any appointments that have already been undertaken during the policy
