Cornerstone GP Services is a recognised provider for Cigna members.

We are pleased to offer direct billing to Cigna, meaning eligible consultations can be invoiced directly to your insurer where authorised under your policy.

How It Works

  1. Obtain pre-authorisation from Cigna prior to your appointment (if required under your policy).

2. Provide us with:

  • Your full name, address, date of birth, membership number, authorisation number

3. Contact Cornerstone to arrange an appointment.

Our reception team will arrange an appointment with a GP over telephone

4. Attend your consultation.

  • We invoice Cigna directly for eligible services.
  • Where cover is confirmed and authorised, you will not need to pay upfront.
